  Ordered a panzaratti which only needed to be heated up. There were two other people in front of us that ordered. We waited 20 minutes for it and they had it sitting on top of the oven. It was now cold ..... no point in heating it up. It had to be the worst I have ever had all dough no toppings inside I counted 4 pepperoni.... Every table was dirty and I had to ask for a cloth. Which was provided after he looked for one . Handed it to Me dry with no sanitizer. I asked him to at least wet it it generally works better. Makes me wonder if the front of the restaurant was that filthy and the washrooms were disgusting not cleaned at all. Then what does the kitchen look like hope we don't get sick Need to have better systems in place for running a business and if you don't know then learn or get out of the business We will definitely never go back. Was discussing ..... just plain aweful...

  ordered and payed.. was told food would be 25 minutes.. came back to get the food and found out that nobody made our order.. so we had to wait another 25 minutes.. seems like just a bunch of kids working there. they didn't really care about providing good service.
